About Stem Cell Recovery
At Millennium Surgical, we offer stem cell recovery services for children and adults. Reasons for Stem Cell Recovery

How It Works
To start saving your stem cells, you must first register at www.StemSave.com, and they will send your dentist or surgeon a special transportation kit before your tooth extraction procedure. Our staff will seal the tooth or teeth into the kit, and send it to the StemSave laboratory. The teeth will then be tested and processed to make sure the stem cells are usable. Once they are verified as viable stem cells, the lab will preserve them with cryopreservation so they can be used in the future when needed.
The younger the stem cells are in the tooth, the better chance they have for viable stem cell use. Why? Stem cells age just as we do, and they are purest when we are younger. Stem cells in baby teeth are the best, but wisdom teeth from teens and young adults can be just as vital to future regenerative medical therapies. If it is possible, whenever a tooth is extracted, you should have the stem cells preserved.
