Upper implant-supported full-arch All-On-Four hybrid bridge

Procedure Details

This patient, an energetic woman in her mid-50s, decided to seek full upper arch dental rehabilitation. She has consulted several clinicians already, and came to the conclusion that immediately attached full upper-arch implant-supported All-on-four bridge is the best solution for her. Especially that entire surgery, including dental extractions, profiling of bone, insertion of dental implants and attachment of the bridge are all done in 1 day during a single visit. Entire surgical procedure is first designed and then simulated with a 3D computed tomography scan, which allows identification of critical anatomical structures (nerves, vessels, sinuses), accurate assessment of available bone, and plan a safe and efficient surgical protocol. A specialist prosthodontist is also involved to fabricate and attach the immediate implant-supported hybrid bridge.
