Upper Jaw All-On-Four immediate implant-supported full-arch bridge

Procedure Details

This gentleman is in his early thirties, and due to advanced upper jaw periodontal disease was faced with the necessity to have all his upper teeth removed. Heroic measures were implemented by his general dentist to try and save the teeth, yet the disease progressed. During the initial consultation patient expressed his preference only towards non-removable, stable, fixed, and rigid prosthetic solutions. Full upper arch implant-supported bridge was ultimately his choice. The biggest advantage and benefit is a one-day surgery, during which teeth are removed, bone is adjusted, implants are placed, and the bridge is attached immediately. There is no down time and at no time is the patient ever without teeth.
